Laurie Evans picked in Caribbean Premier League draft

Laurie Evans was selected by St Kitts & Nevis Patriots in Wednesday's Caribbean Premier League Draft.

The batsman was one of two English players selected for the tournament, with Nottinghamshire's Alex Hales the other.

Evans will be available for the tournament only once the county season is completed on Thursday 26th September.

This year's CPL is scheduled to run from Wednesday 4th September until Sunday 12th October.
