The 1st Central County Ground has a range of event spaces and outdoor facilities that offers the perfect accommodations for large scale events. In the past we have accommodated concerts from the likes of Sir Elton John, Sir Tom Jones, Olly Murs and more. In 2017 the ground hosted the Brighton Yoga Festival plus numerous corporate and charity fun days.

Whatever size or function you require, we have a number of suitable rooms available, which can be modified to suit your every need.

The Focus Group Boundary Rooms is a fantastic and versatile choice at The 1st Central County Ground. We have hosted a variety of events in this space, including wedding receptions, team building days, product launches, Christmas parties and conferences – as well as our monthly Boundary Club events.

The Focus Group Boundary Rooms can host up to 800 guests or can be divided up into five discreet rooms, giving you flexibility in numbers. Each room is bathed in natural sunlight and opens up onto pitch-level decking, giving you the stunning backdrop of the home of Sussex County Cricket Club and front row seats to first-class cricket fixtures.

Situated within the Spen Cama Pavilion, The Long Room is a flexible space with fantastic modern facilities, making it the perfect place to host a wide variety of occasions. Our dedicated events and in-house catering team will make sure that every detail of your day is perfect.

The Long Room can host up to 100 formally seated or 150 informally seated guests. The room boasts panoramic views of the pitch, is fully air-conditioned and boasts free wi-fi

Also situated within the Spen Cama Pavilion, The Dining Room is another flexible space with fantastic modern facilities and looks out onto the stunning views of the pitch. From small conference events and meetings, to larger parties, celebrations and lunches, The Dining Room can accommodate your needs in full. Our dedicated events and in-house catering team will be on hand throughout your event to deliver a perfect experience for you and your guests.

The Dining Room can host up to 120 formally seated or 150 informally seated guests. The room is fully air-conditioned and offers free wi-fi

If you are looking for a smaller, more intimate option then choose the Boardroom. With its own private entrance and balcony you and your guests will have exclusive use of the space, which includes a plasma screen with computer input, free WiFi and its own cloakroom. The room can host up to 14 guests.

Sussex County Cricket Club is the oldest professional sports club in the UK, with a heritage that dates back to 1839. The Museum is dedicated to the history of cricket in Sussex and beyond, and this stunning space is the perfect venue to host client meetings, business lunches or to celebrate a family occasion. The Museum can host up to 100 guests for a reception or 50 guests for a dinner or lunch event.
