Reporting Safeguarding & Discrimination Complaints

Sussex Cricket is committed to ensuring that all children, young people and adults who take part in cricket have a safe, positive and fun experience whatever their level of involvement.

Everyone who is involved in cricket has a shared responsibility to support this by promoting the welfare of all children, young people and adults and individually and collectively. We are signed up to the ECB Safe Hands Policy and are committed to delivering the ECB Safeguarding Standards as set out in the ECB's County Partnership Agreement with Sussex Cricket.

Sussex Cricket’s Safeguarding policy statement can be viewed HERE.

We take seriously our responsibilities and are committed to investigating any concerns or complaints in relation to safeguarding, discrimination or EDI.

Complaints relating to safeguarding, discrimination or EDI can directed at a local, county level to: Sam Holder, People Director at Sam.holder@sussexcricket.co.uk (Nominated Single Point of Contact for all complaints) or at a national level to the Cricket Regulator at: https://www.cricketregulator.co.uk/share-a-concern

A process flow to explain how to report a complaint can be viewed HERE.
