We strive to achieve our vision by genuinely listening and responding to what we hear. We believe we have already made progress on and off the field, however we will continue to be better, challenging ourselves and each other to be accountable for our actions and behaviours.
Everyone who is involved in cricket has a shared responsibility to support this by committing to be against and call out all forms of racism, sexism/misogyny and elitist behaviour.
Sussex Cricket have signed the ECB Anti-Discrimination code of conduct and are committed to delivering the EDI Standards, as set out in the ECB's County Partnership Agreement (CPA).
