Our 2026 packages are now available to renew for those who held Memberships in 2025 only. New Members will be able to join when they go on to general sale on Tuesday 29th October.
Here are a few frequently asked questions to help you navigate through your membership purchase with Sussex Cricket.
2025 members will be able to renew their membership from Midday on Monday 29th September.
The easiest way to renew your membership is through your Sussex Cricket e-ticketing account.
Simply login to your online account here. Click on the small head and shoulder icon and your membership renewal will be waiting in the ‘My Account’ section.
Your name, membership ID number and category of membership will be displayed at the top of the account menu. If the information doesn’t match your membership number (found on your membership card), please log out and try again.
Should you continue to have problems accessing the correct e-ticketing account, the Membership and Ticketing Team will be happy to help; send them an email to membership@sussexcricket.co.uk quoting your full name, membership number and the account number displayed next to your name on your e-ticketing account when you log in.
Membership can be purchased from 10am on Tuesday 29th October at Early Bird prices! The Early Bird discount will expire on Wednesday 19th November.
Changes to your membership level can be completed by self-serving online when they go on general sale on 29th October.
Only like-for-like renewals can be made for the time being.
Nothing. If you have paid for your Membership by direct debit in the past, you will receive a notification as to when your direct debit will be taken from your bank.
If you want to change your payment date, you will need to do this online on your ticketing account prior to 14th October.
You can set this up online. Once you log in to your online account and pick up your membership renewal from your notifications, simply add your membership to your basket and checkout. You will then have the option to pay via card or set up a direct debit.
You can amend all of your personal and payment details online, you do not need to contact us to do this.

Renewal payments will be taken on or around the 28th October 2025.
New Direct Debit payments will be taken in full at the beginning of the month, depending on when you purchase your membership. You can find this information listed on the sales page when you purchase your membership via Direct Debit payment.
Yes. If you have not registered or used your online account previously, you just need your membership ID number (8 digits long which starts either with 100XXXXX or 110XXXXX) and surname to activate your account. Once you have located these details (can be found on the back of your previous membership card or ticket purchase confirmation email), click here and follow the on-screen steps.
Yes. If you have not purchased a membership or ticket from Sussex Cricket previously, you are able to set up an account and make your purchase by clicking here. Please note, you cannot do this until Memberships go on to general sale on Tuesday 29th October.
Not at the moment. Information on how to purchase or renew your Blast Passes will be available in the coming weeks.
As usual, all fixtures will be confirmed and released at the end of November or early December. All updates will be communicated through the usual club channels, including the ‘Latest News’ section of our website, when they are available.
Tickets for single matches will be released in the new year. Ticket sales will be communicated as early as possible through the usual club channels.
