McBride Sport are supporting Sussex Cricket and the Sussex Cricket Foundation to appoint 3 new Trustees. These exciting opportunities offer the chance to be at the heart of promoting cricket for social good within Sussex.
The Sussex Cricket Foundation's aim is to actively change lives through cricket and to promote the sport to enhance social good within communities and so they are looking for a collaborative and motivated individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm and integrity and who will inspire a passion for cricket in all communities.
The Board of Trustees are looking for applications from those with Board/Trustee experience coupled with previous skills in the following areas:
Fundraising
Legal & Governance
Charity Secretary Experience
Disability Sport

An exciting new opportunity has arisen at the Sussex Cricket Foundation (SCF). We are looking for a proactive, inclusive, and collaborative person to support the growth and development of cricket in the South and North Areas.
The successful candidate will support projects and programmes in the South and North Areas, focusing on the growth and development of Women's and girls' Cricket in line with the Foundation's four-year plan, the Women & Girls Action Plan.
The Foundation's success and reputation continue to grow locally and nationally. This has led to Corporate Partners of the County Club and other local organisations wanting to support Foundation initiatives. Major partners such as Dean Wilson, Webtrends Optimize and Sutton Winson all have multi-year agreements with the Foundation, which supports projects such as League Cricket, Disability Cricket, and support to our club network. The ECB (national governing body for cricket) also hold the Foundation in high regard, and we are described as a ‘Leading Organisation’ in the delivery of Disability Cricket, Women & Girls Cricket and Schools Cricket.

Brighton and Hove Cricket Club is seeking a Head Coach (UKCC Level 2 or equivalent) to lead our thriving women’s section for the 2025 season alongside overseeing coaching of our girl's section. With around 35 active members in the women’s section, and teams competing in both the Sussex Premier League and Sussex Division 2, we are looking for a passionate and experienced coach to help develop our players and support their progression.
