Sussex Cricket can proudly confirm that items donated by the club to the ‘Together Through This Test’ auction have raised £9,294 for the Sussex Cricket Foundation and local charities.
Items such as a weekend of wine tasting in Barcelona, a limited-edition T20 jumper signed by Jofra Archer himself and the chance to play your own T20 at The 1st Central County Ground in 2021 raised an astounding 26.39% of the auction’s overall total (£35,217) – more than any other county, ECB, MCC and PCA.

Sussex seamer, Chris Jordan says England's cricketers all have a role to play when it comes to calling out racism.
Jordan, 31, missed out on a place in last year's World Cup-winning squad but told Sky Sports News' David Fulton that the inclusion of paceman Jofra Archer, spinner Adil Rashid and all-rounder Moeen Ali sets an example for social diversity in sport. Read the full interview here.
In partnership with 1st Central, Sussex Cricket Foundation have created the #SCFClubUmpireChallenge.
Following the ECB recently releasing a free online version of their Stage One Umpiring course, the SCF and 1st Central have set local clubs the challenge of seeing who can get the most members signed up and through the course over the coming weeks.

Sussex’s visits to Arundel, Eastbourne and Horsham have all been pushed back a year due to the current uncertainty surrounding the 2020 cricket season.
While there is still hope of some cricket being played later this summer, we want to ensure our delivery of festival cricket is as good as it can be, and believe a year’s postponement benefits all parties in the best way possible.

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has today announced a further financial package to support professional and recreational cricket during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The £35.7million support package was agreed by the ECB Board after detailed financial planning with the whole game and to support all levels of cricket during a period of extreme financial uncertainty.

Sussex's Jofra Archer and Ollie Robinson have been named in England's 30-strong 'behind-closed-doors-training group'.
England National Cricket Selectors, with input from performance personnel and coaches, have named the group, who will go into camp at the Ageas Bowl on Tuesday June 23 ahead of the first Test against the West Indies starting on Wednesday July 8. Read more here.
Sussex head coach, Jason Gillespie has praised the 'fantastic' Ollie Robinson after the fast-bowler was included in England's 30-strong 'behind-closed-doors-training group on Wednesday.
Speaking to BBC Sussex's Adrian Harms recently, Dizzy said: "I was fortunate enough to spend just over a week coaching with England Lions over the winter, ahead of their four-day game against Australia XI, and I got to see first-hand how Ollie's developed over the winter. He's in a pretty good place.

24 England Women cricketers will return to individual training on Monday June 22 as plans continue for a proposed tri-series with India and South Africa in September, with four Sussex Women selected.
Freya Davies, Georgia Elwiss, Linsey Smith and Danni Wyatt will all return to training as preparations for matches later in the summer step up a gear.
