Sussex Cricket welcomes Greenplan Designer Homes as Club Partner

Sussex Cricket is delighted to announce a new partnership with Greenplan Designer Homes. The partnership, designed to support young talent and inspire the next generation of cricketers across the county, will strengthen Sussex Cricket Foundation’s Early Engagement Programme for boys and girls.

Hurstpierpoint-based Greenplan Designer Homes is passionate about supporting the communities in which it operates, investing in opportunities that make a lasting difference. This new partnership reflects their ongoing commitment, helping young people throughout Sussex access high-quality cricket coaching, develop their abilities and pursue their ambitions, regardless of their starting point.

As part of the new partnership, the Greenplan Designer Homes logo will adorn the front of all Sussex Cricket pathway training jerseys across development programmes for both boys and girls.

Gary Wallis-Tayler, Sussex Cricket Foundation’s Head of Foundation: “We are delighted to welcome Greenplan Designer Homes as a partner of Sussex Cricket and, in particular, the Sussex Cricket Foundation.

“Their support of our Early Engagement Programme will help us continue to deliver high-quality coaching and create more accessible opportunities for boys and girls to develop their skills, discover their potential and progress into our talent pathway.

“The programme plays an important role in nurturing young cricketers, helping them fulfil their ambitions while developing a lifelong love of the game.

“We are grateful to Rob and the team at Greenplan Designer Homes for their commitment to supporting young people and the future of cricket in Sussex. We look forward to building a strong partnership and working together to achieve our shared ambitions.”

Rob Burnham, Founder of Greenplan Designer Homes: “We are incredibly proud to be partnering with Sussex Cricket and supporting the fantastic work of the Sussex Cricket Foundation.

“As a Sussex-based business, we believe that building for the future means more than creating high-quality homes. It also means investing in our communities and helping the next generation realise their potential.

“Cricket has a unique ability to bring people together, build confidence and teach valuable life skills. We are particularly pleased that our support will help give more boys and girls the opportunity to access coaching, develop their talent and enjoy everything the game has to offer.

“We look forward to working closely with Sussex Cricket and the Foundation, and playing our part in supporting the future of the game across Sussex.

“This partnership marks an important step in Greenplan Designer Homes' commitment to supporting local communities and helping create opportunities for future generations.”

Keith Greenfield, Head of Talent Pathway at Sussex Cricket: “Everyone within the pathway is excited to be working in partnership with Greenplan Designer Homes.

“This partnership enables us to continue to deliver outstanding opportunities and outcomes within our pathways, which support the ongoing needs of our professional squads and in developing high-class players and individuals to go on to represent Sussex and England.

“The generous support of partners like Greenplan Designer Homes is crucial in achieving these outcomes and enabling us to take the game of cricket to more young boys and girls throughout Sussex.”
