Club Affiliation process in 2026
Club Affiliation for 2026 is STILL OPEN for Non-League Clubs.
- Club Affiliation to Sussex Cricket Foundation - for new and existing Non-League Clubs.
- Please note, the form is much shorter than before, but will require you to complete in one go, so do ensure you have as much of the information to hand as possible.
- ALL clubs are asked to read and sign the ECB Club Affiliation Terms & Conditions, as part of the process.
- You'll need Contact Details for Club Officers - including Club Safeguarding Officer(s).
- Card Payment Details or ability to pay via BACS.
You will be pleased to know that along with a number of other benefits, affiliation to the Sussex Cricket Foundation continues to include 2 x Sussex Cricket Membership passes for 2026 which gain entry into all home Rothesay County Championship & Metro Bank One Day Cup matches. We will also share details of ticket offers for affiliated clubs in due course.

As part of your affiliation to SCF, along with your two Club Membership Passes for all County Championship & One Day Cup matches, every club now also has their own unique discount promotional code!
These codes are unlimited, so you can share amongst your membership and beyond - start booking in your club socials now!
Please note that promotional codes are case sensitive and can only be used one at a time, not in conjunction with any other offer. Below is the list of voucher codes for clubs, just to note, those in red have not provided a postal address on affiliation so club passes will not be issued until such time this is received. If your club is not on the list at all, that will be because the 31st January deadline was missed and this will be actioned in due course.

ECB Insurance Scheme
As a recreational club registered with the ECB you are automatically provided with insurance protection if you have registered via the ECB Safe Hands Management System and completed the online risk assessment questionnaire.
