Webtrends Optimize to sponsor Fireworks Night

Sussex Cricket Announces Headline Sponsor and Pre-Show Entertainment for Fireworks Night 

Sussex Cricket is delighted to announce that long-term partner, Webtrends Optimize, will sponsor its annual Fireworks Night on Saturday 1st November at Hove Cricket Ground, for a night of dazzling fireworks and first-class local entertainment from the Brighton Rock Choir and DJ Llama. 

After initially partnering with Sussex Cricket as a corporate partner in 2020, the relationship has gone from strength to strength in the past four years, with Webtrends Optimize first becoming shirt sponsors for the Sussex D40 (Disability Cricket) Sussex Sharks VI (Visually Impaired) and Super 9s squads. 

As a Community Partner, Webtrends Optimize also sponsor the Sussex Cricket Foundation’s annual fundraiser, ‘DIScoverABILITY Day’ and will now take up the headline sponsor slot at the Club’s Fireworks Night, which aims to raise funds for the Foundation. 

The skies above Hove will be set alight by a 25-minute dazzling display of colourful fireworks after two sets of pre-show entertainment from local musical acts.

 DJ Llama - a student from local arts college - BN1 Arts, will first take to the stage to bring the noise with DJ set which will have adults and children dancing and jumping with excitement in the truly unique, multi-purpose venue. 

And just before the display gets underway, the award-winning Brighton Rock Choir will have spectators singing their hearts out with an exciting musical set that will be sure to knock the socks off anyone in attendance.
