Supporters now have the opportunity to vote for the winners of this year’s Men’s End of Season Awards for 2023.
There are two categories for you to have your say in: The Men's Sparkling Moment of the Year, presented by Ridgeview and the Men's Performance of the Year, presented by R-Cubed.
Voting is now open via the polls at the bottom of this article, with voting coming to a close on Sunday 24th September at 12pm. The awards will be presented to the player with the most votes at the Club's 2023 awards night on 30th September.

1. Brad Currie's "greatest catch of all time" vs Hampshire in the Blast
It just had to be included. Brad Currie’s sensational catch against Hampshire in the Vitality Blast game at home in front of the Sky Sports cameras went viral and was seen by millions of people around the world. Not only was it a quite remarkable piece of fielding, but by preventing the boundary, Brad helped to ensure the Hampshire Hawks just fell short in their run-chase.
2. Oli Carter blasts 64 from 33 vs Hampshire in the T20 Vitality Blast
In the same game Oli Carter put together one of the best knocks The 1st Central County Ground has seen in the Blast, as he smashed his was to 64 from just 33 deliveries to make his maiden half-century for the Sharks. That knock included six 4’s and four 6’s and some quite outrageous hitting all around the ground.
3. Harrison Ward's match saving boundary stop
Another piece of quite extraordinary fielding in the same game, in front of the Sky cameras against Hampshire. Harrison Ward stopped what looked like an absolute certainty of a six, which would have made victory for the visitors almost nailed on.
Reaching over the boundary, leaning backwards, Ward managed to parry the ball back to safety without stepping over the line, to the amazement of the crowd and the coaching staff in the dugouts!

1. Ollie Robinson takes 14 wickets against Worcestershire
Ollie Robinson warmed up for a massive Ashes series by delivering his best ever match bowling figures, as he took 14-117 across two innings in the LV= Insurance County Championship in May. In the first innings he took an incredible 7-59 only to follow it up in the second, taking 7-57.
2. Jaydev Unadkat takes 6-94 to bring home victory against Leicestershire
Having joined as an overseas seamer for the 3 of the final 4 games of the County Championship season, Jaydev Unadkat showed exactly why Paul Farbrace brought him in. The left-arm Indian Test bowler took 6 wickets in the second innings to give Sussex just their second win of the season with the red ball, an even more impressive feat considering he played the game with an ankle injury.
3. James Coles career-best 180 against Derbyshire
A truly magnificent innings from 19-year-old James Coles. His 180 against Derbyshire in July came in 264 balls, including 23 fours and 2 sixes. That knock eclipsed his previous best which came earlier on in the season, when he made his maiden first-class century against Glamorgan.
4. Tom Alsop 182 not-out against Leicestershire in the County Championship
Another career best for a Sussex batter, this time the ever-reliable Tom Alsop. He made 182* away to Leicestershire, a knock that included 21 fours as he remained unbeaten at the crease.
5. Ravi Bopara's T20 century against Kent
Legendary allrounder Ravi Bopara showed his class when he made 108 from just 53 balls to record his first-ever T20 century. That knock helped Sussex Sharks to an 11 run victory over Kent. His 108 included 18 fours and one six.
