Talk about the game you love with our Sporting Memories clubs

Do you or anyone you know love to talk about sport? Our Sporting Memories clubs in Sussex are perfect for anyone over the age of 50 who would like to meet like-minded people and reminisce about their experiences of either playing or watching sport.

Using a wide range of reminiscence material wonderful conversations are had and memories sparked. Our members have great fun, form new friendships, and always look forward to the tea and biscuits!

Attending a Sporting Memories club is often the highlight of their week, and we are always happy to welcome new members.

How can you help?

Volunteering - All our Sporting Memories clubs are volunteer led and we are incredibly lucky to have such wonderful, enthusiastic, and dedicated people running our clubs in Sussex. We are looking to start a new club in Crowborough and a second club in Hove but need volunteer support to do this. We would love to hear from anyone who is interested in this hugely rewarding volunteering role.

Guest Speaking – Our Sporting Memories club members love to hear stories from local sportspeople. If you have some interesting stories to share and would be willing to give up some time to visit one or more of our clubs, then we would love to hear from you.
