Sussex Sharks take on Glamorgan at The 1st Central County Ground on Tuesday, as the Royal London One-Day Cup group stage comes to a close.
The Sharks will be hoping to bounce back from Sunday's defeat to Gloucestershire at Eastbourne, with their hopes of qualification to the knock-out stages still in the balance.
A quarter-final spot would be secured if the Sharks beat Glamorgan, and two of Gloucestershire, who face Essex, Somerset, who host Surrey, and Middlesex, who travel to Kent, lose.
Otherwise, the Sharks would have to beat their Welsh visitors by a big margin and hope there is an unlikely swing in run-rate.
To help that run-rate, Sharks skipper Ben Brown will be hoping David Wiese can continue his excellent form with the bat. The South African, fresh from scoring a stunning 171 at Hampshire on Thursday, scored his third fifty of this season's One-Day Cup against Gloucestershire - and now has 338 tournament runs to his name.
Phil Salt will also be back in contention on Tuesday, after his time with the England IT20 squad. He will be hoping to add to the 216 runs he has scored so far if called back into the starting XI.
With the ball, Danny Briggs and Will Beer were our most impressive bowlers at Eastbourne, with both taking 2-51. Beer has taken six wickets in the tournament so far, while Briggs has nine, but Mir Hamza still leads the way with an impressive 16 dismissals to his name.
