Ahead of the Michael Bublé’s much-anticipated visit to The 1st Central County Ground, we’ve pulled together some key information to make your night as easy and as special as possible.
When to arrive
Gates for our guests in Hospitality will be open from 3.30pm, with general admission gates opening at 4pm.
Due to the high volume of spectators coming to The 1st Central County Ground, we advise that you plan your journey ahead of time, aim to be in the ground by no later than 6pm.
Which gates to use
Please arrive at the gate which is assigned to you on your ticket. There are three gates that serve the ground:
Gate 1 – Eaton Road
Gate 2 – Palmeira Avenue
Gate 3 – Located between Sussex Court flats and The Ajex Hall on Eaton Road, East of Gate 1
Prohibited items
In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, AEG and the Site reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event with no refunds.
Bag Policy
Ensure you travel light to the show. Each person is permitted only one bag no bigger than A3 size (35cm x 40cm x 19cm). Any bags larger than this size will not be allowed inside of the venue and there will be no bag check available for larger luggage.
How to get here
By car
Please note there is no parking available for the concert, we therefore advise that you arrive by public transport if possible.
There is a public car park, Norton Road Car Park (BN3 3BE), located a short walk West of The 1st Central County Ground opposite Hove Town Hall (charges apply between 8am and 8pm). Click here for more information.
By train
Hove Railway Station is a ten-minute walk from the ground. Leave the station and head South on Goldstone Villas, at the bottom of the road turn left onto Eaton Road. Cross over The Drive continuing along Eaton Road, The 1st Central County Ground will appear on your left hand side.
Brighton Railway Station is approximately a mile and a half from the Club. There are regular rail services from Brighton Station to Hove Station. There is also a taxi rank located just outside Brighton Station, together with a bus terminus (please see bus details below).
By bus
The Number 7 bus runs past the North (Cromwell Road) end of the ground with several stops near the ground. This service is the George Street, Hove to Brighton Marina service and serves both Hove and Brighton Rail Stations. This bus runs approximately every 10 minutes.
The 21 & 21A Brighton Marina to Goldstone Valley service stops outside the main entrance to the ground; these are less frequent but do run through the central Hove and Brighton areas. Click here for up-to-date information on these services and for a details route map.
Food and beverages
Please note spectators are not permitted to bring food and beverages into the ground, with the exception of one bottle of 500ml water but the bottle must be unopen and the seal clearly unbroken. There are numerous free refill stations located around the ground.
There will be a number of food and drink units on site, serving a range of cuisines alongside both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Cashless venue
Visitors are advised that The 1st Central County Ground is a cashless venue, so please plan accordingly.
Leaving the venue
The concert is expected to end between 9pm and 9.30pm. Please follow the instructions of the stewards who will be on hand to direct to the exits.
