Everyone welcome at 1st Central Sussex Cricket League T20 Finals Day at Hove on Sunday

This weekend brings two finals day for the cricketers of Sussex. The day after Sussex Sharks go for glory at Edgbaston on Saturday, six teams from five Sussex clubs will take part in the 1st Central Sussex Cricket League T20 Finals Day at The 1st Central County Ground.

There are three finals taking place on the day, starting with the battle for the Plate title between Middleton 3rd XI and Felbridge & Sunnyside 2nd XI at 11am.

That’s followed by the Trophy final at 2.30pm between Middleton 2nd XI and Hastings Priory 2nd XI.

The day concludes with the Cup final, a floodlight encounter between Cuckfield 1st XI and St. Peter’s 1st XI.

Spectators are welcome for what promises to be a fantastic showcase of recreational cricket in the county.

Gates open at 9.30am and entry to the ground is completely free. The bar will be open all day serving drinks and snacks.
