Day 3 at Durham abandoned due to rain

Day 3 of our LV= Insurance County Championship match has now been abandoned due to persistent rain at Seat Unique Riverside.

With only 14 balls delivered before the umpires took the teams off, Sussex added three runs to our overnight score, losing one wicket.

The umpires called close at 3:40 BST, with the visitors still 288 runs behind and likely needing to bat the final day out to rescue a draw.

Day 4 will begin tomorrow at 10:30am.
