Two changes ahead of final day of T20 matches

30 Jun 2019

There are two changes to the Sussex squad ahead of the final day of this year’s Vitality Women’s County T20 on Sunday.

Although not part of the England squad for the first ODI against Australia, Georgia Elwiss is unavailable, while  wicketkeeper Carla Rudd has been forced to withdraw through illness.

Nancy Harman and Linsey Smith – fresh from England’s IT20 series win against West Indies – are their replacements for the matches against Warwickshire and Lancashire at Edgbaston Community Sports Ground.

After six matches, Sussex sit in sixth place in division one, with two wins, three losses and an abandonment.

Warwickshire and Lancashire are second and third respectively.
