“Following on from a tough game at Worcester last week, we have another tough game away at Leicester. Whilst we have been making progress as a team, we know that we still have a lot of work to do.
“It is great for the team to see that they are making progress, and playing good teams in successive weeks is a great way to see the steps we are making.
“The addition of Steve Smith has given everyone a huge lift, and it is a great opportunity for the players to tap into his knowledge.”
