Sussex Cricket will be holding a virtual members forum on Wednesday 6th May, using the video conferencing software Zoom.
It will be staged at 6pm, with Members being sent a link to click on and a password to use to access the forum. Up to 500 people can login at any one time. These details will be e-mailed to all Members.
The forum will allow Members to question the panel which will include Chief Executive Rob Andrew and Chair Bob Warren, both of whom will be logging in from their respective homes.
In a change from normal procedure, caused by the move to digital, Members are asked to submit questions in advance of the forum via the submit question at the bottom of the page. A selection of all the questions received will then be put to the panel by the Club’s Commercial Director, Mark Judges, who will host the event. Please note that questions can be submitted until 10pm the day before the forum.
To allow for easy communication, all attendees will be muted bar the host, Rob Andrew and Bob Warren. However, any questions or contributions that come up during the event should be directed to the ‘chat’ facility in Zoom. These will be seen by the host and potentially used during the forum as follow up questions or points.
For those unable to attend on Wednesday 6th May, the forum will be recorded and posted on www.sussexcricket.co.uk and the Club’s YouTube channel later in the week, allowing for other members to watch on demand at a later date.
