Squad named for trip to Middlesex

Coach Alexia Walker has named a squad of 12 for Sussex's matches against Middlesex in the Vitality Women's County T20 at Mill Hill School on Sunday.

Captain Georgia Adams has been rested by the ECB ahead of joining up with the England Academy next week. Chiara Green will lead the side in her absence. Wicketkeeper, Carla Rudd returns after missing the previous round of matches as part of the concussion protocol. 

Sussex are one of four teams in the South East Group, including Middlesex, on eight points having won two and lost two matches so far. Kent are top of of the table with a 100% record, while winless Essex are bottom of the six-team group. 

Monday’s first match begins at 11am and the second at 3pm. Unfortunately, government restrictions mean no spectators will be allowed to attend the fixtures. You can follow the action - including video clips - on the Sussex Women's Play Cricket page.
