Squad named for RL50 warm-up match against Oxfordshire

The Royal London Cup gets underway on Tuesday with Sussex making the trip to Trent Bridge to play Nottinghamshire, the first of eight group games.

Tomorrow Sussex take on Oxfordshire Cricket Club in a warm-up game at Wormsley. Head Coach, Ian Salisbury has named a 14-person squad as the team prepare for the 50-over competition.

Harrison Ward and James Coles will play for their club county Oxfordshire to give them maximum game time before Tuesday.

Cheteshwar Pujara, Ollie Robinson and Steven Finn will be rested ahead of the RL50 starting on Tuesday.

Tom Haines remains unavailable after breaking a bone in his hand against Leicestershire.

George Garton, Jofra Archer and Jack Carson remain unavailable and are continuing with their rehabilitation programmes.
