The Metro Bank One Day Cup returns to The 1st Central County Ground tomorrow, with the Sussex Sharks Women resuming their campaign by welcoming Gloucestershire and Head Coach Alexia Walker has named a 13-player squad for the game.

The Story So Far

The Women's Metro Bank League Two started back in April, with the Sharks facing two soon-to-be professional outfits in Glamorgan and Yorkshire, both of which ended in defeat. 

But Alexia Walker's side showed encouraging signs in those games, and responded with back-to-back wins over Worcestershire and then Kent. 

That leaves them currently lying in 6th place in the league of ten teams[. 

Gloucestershire sit in 9th having won one and lost three and the Sharks will be hoping they can inflict their 4th defeat of the season tomorrow.

Timings

Gates will open at 9am, with the toss taking place at 10am and the first ball at 1030am.
