Team News
17-year-old Ollie Moore has been called up from the Sussex Academy as a result of a number of injuries to seamers in the Sussex squad. Moore is a student from the Club's State School Partner, the Brighton Aldridge Cricket Academy.
Sean Hunt is set for around 3 months out due to a muscle injury, whilst Danny Lamb picked up a bruise to his shoulder in last week's draw against Surrey. Henry Crocombe has begun work with the ball, following a minor setback at the start of the season.
John Simpson Reacts to Surrey Draw and Looks Ahead to Trent Bridge
"Trent Bridge is one of my favourite grounds in the county, it's another really exciting challenge. Looking at the pitches they have produced it may be seamer friendly, but it doesn't matter what our opponents prepare, we feel we have every base covered. Our guys are sticking their hands up and performing at the moment."
