In partnership with 1st Central, Sussex Cricket have launched 'My Sussex Story'.
We are asking for supporters to tell us why they support the famous Sussex by the Sea and share their greatest memories, and players of the club, with us.
The third 'My Sussex Story' entry comes from Jamie Wheeler, who tells us all about his time following the club...
1. Who is your all-time Sussex hero?
Luke Wright
2. Why are they your all-time Sussex hero?
Because he’s provided some great knocks. Seeing him smash Somerset in the semi-final live at Edgbaston was incredible, as well as seeing him on fire countless times at Hove!
3. Why do you support Sussex?
Because we are a smaller club and usually the underdogs. But over the course of the years we have and will continue to show how strong we are and soon bring back another Vitality Blast title. In addition to this, I love the overseas players who play, such as Rashid Khan, and watching Alex Carey was amazing too.
4. What is your favourite memory of being a Sussex supporter?
It would have to be the Sussex vs Glamorgan game in 2018. We needed to win three in a row to qualify and that was the first win.
It included an amazing innings by Laurie, amazing bowling by Rashid with incredible figures, and who could forget the hat-trick by Tymal Mills!
