Sussex Cricket have agreed a five-year partnership with leading electronic point-of-sale (EPoS) provider, Kappture.
The partnership will see the introduction of state-of-the-art EPoS, both fixed and mobile. Cashless payments will be made available across all food and beverage sales areas and the partnership will also introduce pre-order and click and collect ordering within certain outlets.
Kappture will also provide additional support across the busiest events including Vitality Blast, fireworks and concerts, when terminal numbers will increase to accommodate larger crowds, ensuring that all attendees enjoy the same frictionless experience.
Further to this, Kappture will become an Official Corporate Partner of Sussex Cricket.
Marcus Fuller, Business Development Manager for Kappture, said, “This is a tremendously exciting win for us as it secures another flagship account as part of our portfolio. Sussex being one of the oldest professional sports clubs in the world only adds gravitas to that claim. We are very excited about the innovation Kappture is bringing to Sussex Cricket and can’t wait for the members and supporters to feel the impact come installation this Spring.”
Sussex Cricket Commercial Director, Mark Judges said, “It is incredibly exciting to partner with Kappture ahead of the 2022 season. Their solution will provide our members and supporters a better experience at all our catering outlets. Most importantly, this will reduce transaction time which directly reduces queuing times, meaning they can spend more time watching the cricket.”
