Grounds Week: Hear from Sussex Grounds Manager, Ben Gibson

This week is the Grounds Management Association's Grounds Week, helping to highlight the vital contribution of grounds staff and volunteers across the country across a variety of sports, at all levels.

Today, we spoke with Ben Gibson, Grounds Manager at Sussex Cricket, to discuss the hard work he and his team have put in since the end of last season, the processes behind preparing the marquee for pre-season training, as well as what it takes to prepare wickets at The 1st Central County Ground.
