Ella McCaughan sets off for England Women's Academy India training camp

Sussex women and girls’ academy player, Ella McCaughan is travelling to India today for the England Women’s Academy development camp in Mumbai.

The three-week trip will involve a number of matches and is designed to introduce players to cricket in the sub-continent and develop the skills required to play in these conditions while experiencing life on tour and the challenges it brings.

Ella, 16, was one of twelve promising players selected for the England Women’s Academy last November.
