Behind the scenes at pre-season training with Assistant Head Coach, Jason Swift

Sussex Cricket's assistant head coach, Jason Swift invited us along to one of the squad's pre-season training sessions at the Aerotron Indoor School. 

As well as watching the boys be put through their paces by Jason, we caught up with the Australian to discuss how pre-season has been so far, how preparations are going ahead of the 2019 campaign and what lies ahead for the rest of the winter.
