Alexia Walker Names Squad for Visit of Hampshire

After a solid start to the Vitality Blast with one loss and one win against Surrey, Sussex are looking forward to hosting Hampshire at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) in the next round of fixtures. 

There were plenty of positives to take from the past two games, both with bat and ball. Tara Norris took 4 wickets for just 11 runs, while Paige Schofield picked up 3 wickets, conceding only 16.

With the bat Scholfield scored 36 (25), and a 62-run partnership between Georgia Adams (30 off 22) and Ella McCaughan (37 off 34) helped Sussex to an unassailable total of 147 in the final match.

The only change to the squad to face Hampshire is Carla Rudd returning with the gloves to replace loan keeper Rachel King.
