Sussex Women continue their Royal London One-Day Championship campaign with a trip to Totton & Eling CC on Sunday to take on Hampshire at 11am.
Head coach, Alexia Walker has named an unchanged squad from the twelve who faced Warwickshire and Nottinghamshire on the opening weekend of the season.
Against Warwickshire on Sunday, Sussex sealed a thrilling win at the Sir Rod Aldridge Cricket Centre to get their 2019 campaign off to the perfect start.
Nancy Harman bowled brilliantly, taking figures of 6 for 40, and Carla Rudd scored a vital 33, before Tara Norris and Harman held their nerve with the bat to secure Sussex a one-wicket win.
The following day, on Women’s County Cricket Day, Sussex again bowled and fielded superbly, with Freya Davies, Chiara Green and Norris all impressing to dismiss Notts for 150.
Rudd scored an obdurate 39, but the home side couldn't make it two wins from two - falling to a 23-run defeat - and will be hoping to bounce back when they take on Hampshire.
