St Peters CC - Head Coach Role

St Peters Cricket Club are seeking a passionate Head Coach / Lead Coach to lead the club's ambitious coaching programme in Brighton.

Overseeing high-quality player development across 10 x men’s, 2 x women’s, and 18 x junior teams, you’ll deliver structured senior training, support junior pathways, and drive performance, inclusivity, and talent progression. Ideally ECB Level 3 qualified with proven senior/junior experience, you’ll help secure promotion in the Sussex Cricket League while fostering an enjoyable, professional environment.

Part-time seasonal role (April - September) with flexible hours, potential 1st XI playing opportunity, and additional income via 1:1 coaching.
