Ticket refund statement

Following the abandonment of Sunday 29th July’s Vitality Blast match against Hampshire at The 1st Central County Ground, a large number of supporters have asked whether they can exchange their ticket for this match for another Sussex Sharks’ home fixture during the remainder of the group stage.

Given this demand, we are pleased to advise that we will be offering ticket exchanges for this and any future Vitality Blast matches in which 9.5 overs or less are bowled. We have updated the refund policy on our website accordingly, which can be found by clicking HERE. 

If you purchased a ticket in advance of Sunday’s match and would like to exchange this for another Vitality Blast match at The 1st Central County Ground in 2018, please contact the Membership and Ticketing team on 0844 264 0206.

Ticket exchanges for this abandoned match will be available until 12pm on Friday 17th August.

If you would rather receive a full refund for your ticket to Sunday’s match, these will be process automatically within 45 days of the date of the fixture. Your refund will therefore arrive no later than Wednesday 12th September 2018.

No refunds will be available for hospitality packages or for tickets purchased on the gate as per the terms and conditions of sale. However, all Sunday Carvery hospitality purchasers will be contacted by the Commercial department in due course.
