New Zealand Tests added to busy summer for England

England will begin their international summer with two Test matches against New Zealand in June, the ECB confirmed on Monday morning.

After the Black Caps play Somerset in a warm-up match between Tuesday 25th and Friday 28th May. England will then take on the number one ranked Test team at Lord's from Wednesday 2nd to Sunday 6th June and at Edgbaston from Thursday 10th to Monday 14th June.

The New Zealand visit is followed by previously announced T20I and ODI series against Sri Lanka and Pakistan in June and July, with Sussex Sharks hosting a hosting a T20 warm up match for the Sri Lankans at The 1st Central County Ground on Sunday 20th June.

The international summer is rounded off with a five-match Test series against India during August and September.
