Delray Rawlins wins Porsche 'Performance of the Month' award

Delray Rawlins was named winner of the 'Porsche Performance of the Month' award for July following his maiden first-class century against Lancashire in the Specsavers County Championship.

The incredible knock saw Rawlins reach his century off just 99 balls, and included 12 fours and three sixes - the last of which was still rising just before crossing the rope in front of the pavilion. 

Rawlins' stunning innings was one of four performances shortlisted in a poll voted on by the @SussexCCC followers on Twitter.

Reece Topley, who took 4-33 on his Sharks debut, Tymal Mills, who took 2-16 against Surrey, and Alex Carey, who also enjoyed an impressive debut with 78 against Somerset, were the other nominees.
