It’s show day! We look forward to welcoming you to Celestial’s A Christmas Carol: The Drone Light Show. Here’s a reminder of essential information to make sure your visit goes smoothly. If you have any other questions ahead of your visit, please visit the FAQs for more information. Enjoy the show!

Can’t find your tickets? 

Try searching ‘Yuup’ in your inbox and junk or spam folders. A copy of your ticket can also be found by logging in to your Yuup customer account and selecting ‘my experiences’. 

 Show timings 

Approx show flight time: 45 minutes 

Gates will open 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the show so that you can enjoy the food village, music, and pre-show build-up. 

Early Show

  • Gates and food open: 16:00
  • Show starts: 17:30
  • Food village closes: 17:15
  • Show ends: 18:15

Late Show

  • Gates and food open: 19:30
  • Show starts: 21:00
  • Food village closes: 21:00
  • Show ends: 21:45

 Getting here, entry and parking 

  • There is no onsite parking available at this venue. Alternative parking can be found at Norton Road Car Park (BN3 3BE).
  •  Multiple public transport options are available for attendees visiting The 1st Central County Cricket Ground without a car. 
  • To help plan your visit by bus please visit  www.buses.co.uk  
  • To help plan your journey by train visit www.nationalrail.co.uk
  • Please have your e-ticket ready on arrival to be scanned at the entrance. There will be a bag check at the turnstiles. 

 Weather updates 

  • Currently, weather conditions for the show look good and we expect to proceed as planned. If the situation changes, weather-related updates will be updated online and communicated to all customers via SMS and email. 
  • As a reminder if we are unable to fly the show as planned, we will reschedule the show to one of the planned contingency dates that was advertised at point of purchase.

Refreshments and facilities 

  • We’ve attached a site plan below to help you find your way around the venue. There will be food and drink traders around the venue offering a wide range of options. Please note it is a cashless venue. 
  • If you require guidance on accessible access, child pushchair and mobility scooter parking, or onsite facilities please ask one of the stewards at the entrance points. 

Premium ticket holders 

Please enter through GATE 1, the Main Entrance, and proceed to the turnstiles to scan your ticket. Follow the signs to either Cow Corner or Players Club which are the two Premium areas. Your ticket will display which area you are in. The Premium-exclusive bars will be open 7:30pm-9pm.

Hospitality ticket holders 

Once inside the venue, follow the signs around the left side of the Ground to the Spen Cama Pavilion. Enter through the glass atrium and a steward will be ready to distribute hospitality wristbands. After receiving your wrist band, make your way to Level 1 and enter the Long Room, here the catering team will be ready to greet you. Food will be available for one hour after opening time at 19:30
