Tymal Mills has been signed by Peshawar Zalmi for the remainder of the Pakistan Super League as a replacement for Sussex Sharks teammate Chris Jordan.
Jordan has left the tournament to join up with the England squad in the Caribbean ahead of their T20I series against West Indies.
Mills will be available to the Zalmi for the remainder of this year’s competition, which runs until Sunday 17th March.
After five of their ten group games, the team are well-placed in second in the table with three wins and two losses.
The top four teams will qualify for the knock-out stages. The third placed team will then play the fourth placed team in an eliminator. The winner of that match will play the loser of a qualifier match between the first and second placed teams in a second eliminator. The winner of that match then plays the winner of the qualifier match in the final.
Mills has had two previous stints in the PSL, playing for Quetta Gladiators in the 2017 edition and Karachi Kings last year.
