Richard Halsall discusses his appointment as Academy Director

Following his appointment as Sussex Cricket Academy Director, we caught up with Richard Halsall to discuss his new role in Hove. 

Richard arrives at The 1st Central County Ground with a wealth of coaching experience at all levels of the game, having most recently been Bangladesh's Assistant Head Coach, and before that, England's Assistant Coach and Lead Fielding Coach.

The 49-year-old will begin work on 1st May, and clearly cannot wait to get started.
