George Garton speaks hours before being called up by England

George Garton spoke to us after extending his stay at The 1st Central County Ground until at least the end of the 2020 season. Just hours later, he was on a plane to Australia having been called up by England for their final tour match before the Ashes series gets underway. 

George told us why Sussex is the only place he wants to play his cricket and looks ahead to his Lions adventure this winter and the next few seasons.
