David Wiese is in Bangladesh as part of the Khulna Titans squad for this year’s Bangladesh Premier League.
The all-rounder was signed as the team’s ninth and final overseas player between Christmas and New Year.
The Titans start their campaign on Sunday with a match against defending champions Rangpur Riders in Dhaka.
This year’s BPL is Wiese’s first appearance in the competition, which started its sixth edition on Saturday.

The South African will join Sussex teammate Laurie Evans at the tournament. Evans’ Rajshahi Kings will first meet Wiese’s Titans next Wednesday in Dhaka. The two sides play again on Tuesday 15th January in Sylheta.
The Titans also had a Sussex allrounder in their ranks in the last BPL; Jofra Archer played nine matches for the franchise last winter.
The BPL runs from Saturday 5th January until Friday 8th February.
