Cast your vote for the End of Season Awards

After a summer like no other, Sussex Cricket are now asking fans to vote for their Player of the Season, Young Player of the Season and Performance of the Season.

Whether you watched the action via our live stream, followed the matches on social media or just read the match reports after each day’s play, we want you to choose our award winners – and there are plenty of candidates to choose from.

Player of the Season nominees:

  • Luke Wright
  • Phil Salt

Young Player of the Season (23 or under):

  • Delray Rawlins
  • George Garton
  • Jack Carson

Performance of the Season:

  • David Wiese vs. Middlesex (A) – 79* off 46 balls (T20)
  • George Garton vs. Essex (H) - First innings five-fer and match figures of 9-76 (BWT)
  • George Garton vs. Middlesex (H) – Figures of 4-27 and 24 off nine balls (T20)
  • Luke Wright vs. Hampshire (A) – 83* off 59 balls (T20)
  • Ollie Robinson vs. Hampshire (H) – Second innings five-fer, match figures of 8-65 (BWT)
  • Phil Salt vs. Hampshire (H) – 68 off 83 balls (first innings), 80 off 134 balls (second innings) (BWT)
  • Tom Haines vs. Surrey (A) – 117 off 249 balls (BWT)

You have until midnight on Tuesday 20 October to cast your vote, and can do so by submitting the form below.

Each nominee will also be featured throughout the week on our website and social media channels to help you make your decision, before the winners are announced on Wednesday.
