Behind the scenes with Ben Brown at his one-on-one wicketkeeping training session

Join us as Sussex's club captain Ben Brown invites us along to one of his one-on-one training sessions with specialist wicketkeeping coach, Michael Bates at the Aerotron Indoor School. 

As well as watching him work on his glovework, we caught up with Ben to find out exactly how he balances his roles as 'keeper, captain and batsman and exactly what that entails in terms of his own personal preparation. 

Ben reviews Sussex's 2018 season and what the squad have learned from that as they approach this year's campaign. There's also a word about Specsavers County Championship overseas signing, Mir Hamza and the development of the squad over the winter both here and overseas.
