MEMBERSHIP FAQs 

2023 members will be able to renew their membership from 10am on Tuesday 26th September.  

The easiest way to renew your membership is through your Sussex Cricket e-ticketing account.   

Simply login to your online account here. Click on the small head and shoulder icon and your membership renewal will be waiting in the ‘My Account’ section.  

Your name, membership ID number and category of membership will be displayed at the top of the account menu. If the information doesn’t match your membership number (found on your membership card), please log out and try again.   

Should you continue to have problems accessing the correct e-ticketing account, the Membership and Ticketing Team will be happy to help; send them an email to membership@sussexcricket.co.uk quoting your full name, membership number and the account number displayed next to your name on your e-ticketing account when you log in.  

Membership can be purchased from 10am on Tuesday 26th October via the Sussex Cricket website, in person or over the phone. If you wish to purchase online visit our Ticket and Membership box office by clicking here.   

Changes to your membership level cannot be completed online. Please contact our Membership and Ticketing Team on 01273 827100 or email membership@sussexcricket.co.uk.   

Nothing. If you have paid for your Membership by direct debit in the past, you will receive a notification as to when your direct debit will be taken from your bank. You will not be able to see your membership online when logged into your online account. 

You can set this up online. Once you log in to your online account and pick up your membership renewal from your notifications, simply add your membership to your basket and checkout. You will then have the option to pay via card or set up a direct debit. Alternatively, please contact the Membership and Ticketing Team who will be able to renew your membership and set up your direct debit over the phone.

Renewal payments will be taken on or around the 23rd October 2023.   

New Direct Debit payments will be taken in full at the beginning of the month, depending on when you purchase your membership. You can find this information listed on the sales page when you purchase your membership via Direct Debit payment.  

Yes. If you have not registered or used your online account previously, you just need your membership ID number (8 digits long which starts either with 100XXXXX or 110XXXXX) and surname to activate your account. Once you have located these details (can be found on the back of your previous membership card or ticket purchase confirmation email), click here and follow the on-screen steps.   

Yes. If you have not purchased a membership or ticket from Sussex Cricket previously, you are able to set up an account and make your purchase by clicking here.    

Not at the moment. Renewal of Blast Passes will be from 10am on Monday 9th October until 5pm on the 16th October. Blast Passes will be available for general sale from 10am on Monday 23rd October.  

As usual, all fixtures will be confirmed and released at the end of November or early December. All updates will be communicated through the usual club channels, including the ‘Latest News’ section of our website, when they are available.

Tickets for single matches will be released in the new year. Ticket sales will be communicated as early as possible through the usual club channels.
