Here are a few frequently asked questions to help you navigate through membership purchase with Sussex Cricket.  


When can I renew my 2022 Membership? 

2021 members will be able to renew their membership from 10am on Tuesday 19th October 2021 until the first ball of the 2022 season. 

How do I renew my membership?  

The easiest way to renew your membership is through your Sussex Cricket e-ticketing account.  

Simply login to your online account here. Click on the small head and shoulder icon and your membership renewal will be waiting in the ‘My Account’ section. 

I have logged onto my account but there isn’t any renewal notification waiting... 

Your name, membership number and category of membership will be displayed at the top of the account menu. If the information doesn’t match your membership number (found on your membership card), please log out and try again.  

Should you continue to have problems accessing the correct e-ticketing account, the Membership and Ticketing Team will be happy to help; send them an email to quoting your full name, membership number and the account number displayed next to your name on your e-ticketing account when you log in. 

I do not have a membership to renew, how do I purchase a membership?  

Membership can be purchased online from 10am on Tuesday 26th October via the Sussex Cricket website. To purchase a Membership simply visit our online Ticket and Membership box office by clicking here.  

I want to change the level of my membership before renewing, can I manage that online?  

Changes to your membership level cannot be completed online. Please contact our Membership and Ticketing Team on 01273 827100 or email  

I opted to have my 2021 COVID-19 Commitment refund converted to credits; how can I use these? 

When you log into your membership account, your account credit will be displayed below your name and membership. You can use this credit to pay toward your membership or match day tickets for 2022. Once you are at the payment screen, you will be able to use your credit toward your payment. All credits will expire on the 1st April 2022. 

I renew my membership via Direct Debit, what do I need to do?   

Nothing. We will be contacting all our Direct Debit members separately. Whilst you may see a renewal notification online, you will not have to do anything to renew your membership. Should you wish to change anything with your membership please contact our Membership and Ticketing Team on 01273 827100 or email  

I previously paid with a card but I would like to renew my membership via Direct Debit, how do I set this up?  

You will have to contact the Membership Team to set a Direct Debit up against your renewal. This will only be needed for renewing a membership.  

I would like to purchase my membership via Direct Debit, how do I apply?  

You can apply online. Once you log in to your online account and navigate to the membership sales page, locate the membership level desired and select Direct Debit option. Once the desired membership is in your basket, checkout and follow the on-screen prompts.  

When will my Direct Debit be taken?  

Renewal payments will be taken on or around the 6th December 2021.  

New Direct Debit payments will be taken in full at the beginning of the month, depending on when you purchase your membership. You can find this information listed on the sales page when you purchase your membership via Direct Debit payment. December is the first payment run for Direct Debit payments for 2022 memberships.

I have previously held a membership or purchased a ticket but have not used my online membership and ticketing account before, can I still renew/purchase online?  

Yes. If you have not registered or used your online account previously, you just need your membership ID number (8 digits long which starts either with 100XXXXX or 110XXXXX) and surname to activate your account. Once you have located these details (can be found on the back of your previous membership card or ticket purchase confirmation email), click here and follow the on-screen steps.  

I have not previously made a purchase from Sussex Cricket; can I still purchase a membership online?  

Yes, if you have not purchased a membership or ticket from Sussex Cricket previously, you are able to set up an account and make your purchase by clicking here.  Please note, Memberships are not on general sale until Tuesday 26th October at 10am. 

Can I renew/purchase a Blast Pass? 

Blast Passes are not currently available. Updates will be communicated as early as possible through the usual club channels. 

What memberships are eligible for the COVID-19 Commitment?  

Sussex and SO Legal Executive memberships are eligible for our COVID-19 Commitment. Martlet, Youth and Junior Memberships are not eligible.  

Does membership include attendance to out grounds?   

Our Life, Sussex, Martlet (gate fees payable), SO Legal Executive, Youth and Junior memberships all include entry to the home LV= Insurance County Championship and Royal London Cup group matches that might be played at our out grounds.  

When can I expect the 2022 fixtures to be released?   

Fixtures will be confirmed and released by the ECB, the timescale for this is currently unknown. All updates will be communicated through the usual club channels, including the ‘Latest News’ section of our website, when they are available. 

When will individual matches be on sale?  

Tickets for single matches will be released in the new year. Ticket sales will be communicated as early as possible through the usual club channels.  

When are the Membership and Ticketing Team available and can I visit them in person to discuss my membership?  

Our Club Shop and Membership Office is open Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm.
